• International customers can order directly through Our website using our shopping cart using PayPal payments. The shipping calculator on our shopping cart will calculate your shipping cost before you checkout, for your convenience.
Please note in order for us to ship your order we will need a front and back image of the credit card being used to be faxed or emailed. This is a security measure taken for all orders being shipped overseas. The copies must be clear and legible. You may fax to attention: Sales at 816-318-4402 or email to sales@rexleather.com. Please reference your order number. We will also need a copy of a government issued identification or a copy of a bill which proves your billing address.

ALL international orders will be sent via UPS or USPS to the billing address on the credit card without exception. All packages will be sent signature required. The Rex's Leather Collection is not responsible for packages lost, damaged or seized by customs. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items shipped internationally. Shipments may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Please call or email us if you have any questions about international ordering. Duties, Customs and VAT:
International orders may be subject to additional fees/costs that are not included in your order transaction totals. Examples include, Duties, Customs or Value Added Taxes. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the customs authorities of the country the order is being shipped to prior to making a purchase from RexLeather.com, as we have no control over these costs.
All international Shipments:
USPS is our chosen shipping provider for much of the globe, with service direct to your door, but we also utilize UPS delivery to select destinations. As an international customer, you are required to pay any duties and/or taxes levied by any related Customs Agencies. In UPS international deliveries, UPS will collect any customs and/or import fees at the time of delivery. If you decline these fees or charges, RexLeather.com is notified and we are given the option of paying for return shipment back to the United States, or we can order the shipment contents destroyed. Customers failing to pay these customs fees will NOT be refunded any monies related to the original order.
